Our team of Registered Nurses, LPNs, and PCAs have over 50 years combined caregiving and patient advocacy experience, providing safe and efficient care to a culturally diverse patient population.
Our team is experienced in providing direct patient care to promote the restoration of health, and achievement of patient health goals. We have staff from diverse backgrounds, working in Clinics, Hospital, Correctional Facility, Long-term care, Assisted Living, Home care, and Transitional care facilities.
Our caregivers will provide an individualized service that you can trust. We seek to help meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our patient(s) and their families.

Abraham’s Bosom Care LLC is a Home Care/ Assisted Living company with a holistic approach. We work in partnership with our clients, their families, and their healthcare team to determine an appropriate level of service. A personalized care plan aimed at meeting our client’s unique needs is developed to help the client live comfortably and safely. Our two facilities are located within walking distance of the Metro bus line and SunRay Shopping Center in Saint Paul. Our Tower Street home has a handicap-accessible ramp, and bathrooms fitted with handrails. Our home environment is very nice, clean, bright, and with a good floor plan. We strive to maintain an atmosphere that promotes social engagement, good health, and overall wellness.
